Morten Leite, seasoned travel industry veteran, has been named to the new position of Vice President Sales, Europe and Asia for SeaDream Yacht Club. He will report to Bob Lepisto, SeaDream’s President in Miami, Florida. Morten Leite, seasoned travel industry veteran, has been named to the new position of Vice President Sales, Europe and Asia for SeaDream Yacht Club. He will report to Bob Lepisto, SeaDream’s President in Miami, Florida. Leite will be stationed in SeaDream’s European Headquarters in Oslo, Norway and will join the SeaDream team soon. In commenting on the announcement Lepisto stated “Morten Leite’s appointment highlights the ever-increasing importance of Europe and Asia as source markets for us.” Adding to this, Atle Brynestad, SeaDream’s Owner and Chairman who is headquartered in Oslo, stated “Europe and Scandinavia, as well as the UK are vibrant markets with leisure travelers who appreciate the finest. When you add Asia to the marketing mix it becomes clear that Morten Leite’s appointment is of high importance to SeaDream.” Morten, who entered in the travel industry in 1996, joins SeaDream from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line where has been Head of Sales Nordic covering Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland RCCL. Earlier he served as General Manager for the Clarion Collection hotel Gabelshus in Oslo, Sales Director for the Danish ferry company DFDS Seaways and Sales Director for the Nordic hotel chain, Rica Hotels, where he was responsible for nearly 100 properties in Sweden and Norway. Brynestad concluded: “We look to Morten Leite to bring an increasing vitality to SeaDream’s European and Asian sales efforts.”
