MIAMI, November 13, 2013 -- SeaDream Yacht Club is pleased to share an overview of its 2014 season, which will highlight exclusive voyages to some of the world’s most sought-after destinations, including the line’s inaugural visits to Southeast Asia, Papua New Guinea and Northern Europe. Also featured in SeaDream’s 2014 season are the secluded ports and harbors of the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. Altogether, the line’s award-winning mega-yachts, SeaDream I and SeaDream II will sail a total of 64 itineraries in the waters surrounding these beautiful locations. “The 2014 season promises to be one of SeaDream’s most expansive, touching on four continents. We’ll cover the waters of sophisticated Mediterranean locales, such as Costa Smeralda on Italy’s Sardinian coast. We’ll also offer adventurous itineraries and land expeditions in the hidden beauty of Papua New Guinea and the islands of Southeast Asia for the first time ever,” says SeaDream President Bob Lepisto. Widely recognized as one of the top luxury products on the market, SeaDream Yacht Club truly lives up to the tagline, “It’s yachting not cruising.”  SeaDream Yacht Club has achieved the industry’s highest accolades, boasting one of the best culinary programs at sea, as well as the highest crew-to-guest ratio, with a maximum of only 112 guests and a 95-person crew. The size of the vessels and the onboard setting, including a marina filled with water toys, mountain bikes for shore exploration, and signature Balinese Dream Beds®, emphasize the casually elegant yachting lifestyle travelers dream about, as they are whisked away to exotic locations on fully-inclusive, seven to 15-day voyages.

Southeast Asia and Papua New Guinea

Southeast Asia conjures up exotic dreams of culture, language and cuisine, and now exploring these destinations on a casually elegant mega-yacht is possible aboard SeaDream II. Departing Singapore on January 4, 2014, the mega-yacht will embark on twelve specially crafted itineraries offering guests the chance to explore destinations like Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Northern Australia, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand. Travelers experience the peace and tranquility of undiscovered beaches on Ko Lanta Yai, the buzzing commercial centers of Mumbai, and the striking traditions of sea gypsies in the Andaman Sea. The Southeast Asian voyages of SeaDream’s 2014 season encompass the best of luxury and adventure travel, with expeditions led by anthropologists and cultural experts in places like the Trobriand Islands.

 Northern Europe

SeaDream will expand its destination offerings with mega-yacht experiences in the Baltic for the summer 2014 season. Destinations visited will include Bergen, Bornholm, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Helsinki, London, Tallinn, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Oslo and the majestic Norwegian Fjords.

The award-winning SeaDream I will explore summer yachting ports, including overnight stays in popular cities with exclusive berthing privileges afforded only a mega-yacht. Guests will enjoy docking up the Neva River by the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, Stockholm’s historic Gamla Stan and anchoring steps from Tallin, Estonia’s “Old Town” in the inner pond. SeaDream Yacht Club offers guests a perfect chance to experience the region in ultimate comfort and style from June through August 2014 on seven to 14-day voyages.

 The Mediterranean/Adriatic/Aegean/Black Sea

SeaDream will visit some of the most colorful and contrasting ports of Southern Europe when it yachts the waters of the Amalfi Coast, the Aegean and Greek Islands, the Balearic Islands, Costa Smeralda, the Crimean and Croatian Coasts, the Danube Delta, the French and Italian Rivieras, Monaco, and Turkey’s Turquoise Coast.

Travelers can explore these locales on single itineraries, or link voyages together and save 10 percent on the second itinerary, with voyages ranging from four to 11 days. Guests aboard the intimate SeaDream II will enjoy the sights of exclusive harbors like Porto Cervo, where larger ships cannot go. They can also indulge in special land adventures such as walking the Napoleon Trail in Elba, or discover shore side attractions on their own, using the yacht’s mountain bikes to trek the hillsides of villages like Bonifacio on the French island of Corsica.

 The Caribbean

SeaDream I will not only sail Caribbean islands favorited by travelers, but will also offer firsthand luxury yachting experiences in secluded ports, such as Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Other Caribbean destinations include St. Barts, Barbados, the French West Indies, the Grenadines, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Itineraries in the Caribbean will emphasize relaxation and rejuvenation. Travelers can take advantage of the SeaDream Spa, with the highest therapist-to-guest ratio at sea. They can splash in the surf with a bevy of water toys, including stand-up paddleboards and wave runners, available each day in the yacht’s marina. They can also partake in the revelry of special beachside culinary experiences like the signature Champagne and Caviar Splash, in which bubbles and caviar are served in silver aboard a white linen-sheathed surfboard.
